Handheld mail-in service
Handheld getting hot, loud or short on battery?
Handhelds cram console power into a case the size of a paperback, so their tiny coolers clog up fast. A deep clean and repaste keeps a Switch, Steam Deck or retro handheld cool and quiet — and they're the cheapest devices of all to post.

Common questions
Can you fix Joy-Con drift or a worn battery?
Repairs like drift, batteries and screens go through the £20 diagnostic assessment — you get a fixed quote before any work, and the £20 comes off the price if you go ahead.
Do you work on retro and niche handhelds?
Yes — retro handhelds and less common devices are welcome. Mention the exact model in your enquiry and we'll confirm before you post anything.
Is posting a handheld safe?
They travel well when wrapped properly, and they are the cheapest things we handle to post — a Switch or Steam Deck goes back on a service costing around £22 with £750 of cover. The return journey is insured and tracked, charged at cost on top of the £55. Our guide to sending your device covers packing and postage.
