Common questions
Is replacing the liquid metal safe?
Yes, when it's done properly. The PS5 uses liquid metal instead of normal thermal paste, and it degrades over time. We remove the old material carefully, protect the surrounding components, and apply it exactly as Sony does in the factory.
Will this void my warranty?
Opening a PS5 voids Sony's warranty, so this service is for consoles outside their warranty period. If yours is still under warranty, use Sony's repair service first — we'll tell you the same if you ask.
How should I pack it?
Original box if you have it, otherwise a sturdy box with the console wrapped in bubble wrap and no loose space. Full packing guidance comes with your confirmation email, and your price includes insured return postage.
